Projective: 

Research Goals:

1) Study tumor physiology of tumors using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

2) Test novel radiological approaches to prognosis.

3) Investigate genetic and epigenetic factors associated with tumor aggressiveness in breast and prostate tumors using MRI and molecular biological techniques, i.e., hypoxia, VEGF, HIF-1alpha, apoptosis.
